Cancellation/Missed Appointment Policy


As a courtesy to our stylists and other guests, we require a 24 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. For missed appointment or in case of emergency, there will be a one time overlook. However, to avoid this being a re occurrence, any future appointments will be made and held with a credit card on file. If an appointment is missed or cancelled within 24 hours, 50% of the appointment will be charged to the card on file. 

New Guest


If you are a new guest to the salon, it is suggested that you come in for a complimentary consultation on a proper time requirement for the service.
